It can burn solid wood logs, briquettes, and charcoal, using a patent-pending intelligent temperature control system to make adjustments and ensure even, precise cooking. This same system enables cooking temps of over 650º F for juice-trapping sears. It also has an integrated pellet smoker for low and slow cooking. Roughly 1,400 sq. in. of cooking surface lets you cook meals for 30 or more, and with stainless steel construction complemented by your choice of signature side panels, the entire package is handmade in England and weighs nearly half a ton.
