Palm Canyon House

The Palm Canyon House is one of Frank Lloyd Wright's most unique properties. Not just because of its curved design, but because it was the architect's final residential project — designed before his death in 1959. The dwelling is located on the fringe of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve and consists of a series of overlapping circles that seamlessly blend into the desert landscape. Its 3,095-square-foot interior features a free-flowing layout that offers three bedrooms and three baths. Finished with stainless steel counters, slate floors, and rose marble bathrooms, the inside is full of the icon's signatures like custom mahogany built-ins and expansive windows highlighting views of the canyon. The outdoors is easily accessible from nearly every room with multiple terraces, including one surrounding a crescent-shaped pool. After years of the market, the home will go up for auction on October 16, 2019, with no reserve.
