Audi Q8 e-tron Edition Dakar SUV

Each year, hundreds of bikes, cars, and trucks descend on Saudi Arabia's 250,000 square-mile Empty Quarter to race across the dunes over two weeks. Audi entered the rally with its RS Q e-tron hybrid in 2022 and 2023, and is celebrating this year's event with a special Q8 e-tron. The Q8 e-tron Edition Dakar gets upgraded with General Grabber AT3 tires, increasing ground clearance by 1.2 inches. Approach and departure angles improve to 20 and 26 degrees respectively. The Edition Dakar comes in Siam Beige metallic paint with black and gray trim and a roof rack rated for up to 88 pounds. "Edition Dakar" is projected by lamps on the road when the driver's door is opened, and a special decal package is limited to 99 examples. The Edition Dakar won't be offered in the US, with orders beginning in Europe in the first quarter of 2024.
