Spike Jonze and the Beastie Boys are both internationally known creators. But not many know that they formed a relationship decades ago. The young filmmaker and rising hip hop stars met in 1993, and the time Jonze spent with the band is finally being organized into this book of photography. The book is the first to be published by Jonze and documents his time with the Beasties through personal photographs that include writing at Mike D's apartment to taking the stage at Lollapalooza and getting into character for the iconic Sabotage video shoot. The hardbound book also includes an afterword by Jonze and new text from Mike D and Adam Horovitz.
