Blackbridge Mark X Land Rover Defender SUV
Classic cars are great — until you get to the classic part. Even later-generation Defenders ride on a platform dating back decades with all the associated refinement problems — something Blackbridge Motors has solved. Despite the looks, Blackbridge's Defender Mark X is a completely new vehicle manufactured at its facility in Connecticut. The SUV rides on a custom-engineered chassis designed with the Roadster Shop and is powered by a 465 horsepower 6.2-liter LT1 V8 and eight-speed automatic transmission. The Mark X comes in three configurations: Off-Road, Sport, and Touring, with the Off-Road sporting a three-inch lift, FOX coilover dampers, 35-inch tires, and a Warn winch. Annual production is limited to 25 units.
