BMW Concept iX3 SUV

It's not heading to production just yet, but the BMW Concept iX3 SUV does present some concepts that will be adopted across the range. It's the first Bimmer to be driven entirely by electric power. More importantly, its fifth-generation eDrive technology groups the electric motor, transmission, and power electronics into a single unit making it both more compact and easier to integrate into various models' chassis. As for performance, it offers over 270 hp and a range of roughly 250 miles, with the ability to recharge in just 30 minutes — making it ideal for day trips and cross-country adventures alike.
