Brough Superior and Aston Martin are releasing a track-only version of the AMB 001, the AMB 001 Pro. The AMB 001 Pro uses the same chassis but with a 25% power increase to 225 horsepower from the "base" AMB 001's 180 — giving the bike an F1-like 1.28 power-to-weight ratio. The power increase is possible thanks to a new V-twin engine design, fully machined from an alloy billet. A front spoiler and wings increase downforce, and a blade at the front creates a wind tunnel over the rider for decreased air resistance and a rear fin to stabilize the bike at speed. All 88 units of the AMB 001 Pro have already been sold.
