Brubaker Box Van
Inspired by the VW Minibus, the Brubaker Box was conceived by designer Curtis Brubaker as a fiberglass kit that bolted onto a Beetle chassis. Only a handful was made before production ceased, and the design has gone on to become an automotive cult classic. Designer Samir Sadikhov has reimagined the Brubaker Box with an updated design that takes full advantage of the EV platform. The flat floor of the skateboard chassis allows for a spacious interior with a minimalist aesthetic, with a driver and passenger seat and a lounge at the rear, just like Brubaker's original. The exterior has a brushed metal finish reminiscent of the Tesla Cybertruck, but without the hard creases and sharp angles. A panoramic sunroof runs the length of the van and touches like wooden bumpers add a refined touch.
