Bugatti Chiron Sport Les Legendes Du Ciel
Aviation and automobiles have close ties and never were they closer than in the 1920s and '30s. Seeking thrills on the ground as they did in the air, many pilots were also racing cars, and Buatti has a close association with aircraft during its Golden Age of Grand Prix racing. This is the inspiration behind the Chiron Sport Les Legendes Du Ciel, a limited-edition Chiron that pays tribute to the company's roots and 110-plus year history. A Gris Serpent colorway mimics the paint used on classic aircraft, broken by a gloss white center stripe that runs the length of the car. The lines of the grille are recreated in the stitching of the seats, representing planes flying in formation, and a sketch of a Nieuport 17 aircraft and a Bugatti Type 13 adorns the door panels. Only 20 Les Legendes Du Ciel Chirons will be produced.
