Los Angeles-based Canoo will start producing its electric van late next year and is now taking preorders. Dubbed the Lifestyle Vehicle, four trim options will be available, from a delivery van to the Adventure model with roof rack, increased ground clearance, and a tow hitch. The Base model makes 250 horsepower from two electric motors and 250 miles of range, with a 28 minute fast charge time to 80%. The Lifestyle Vehicle seats between five and seven passengers, with an optional wraparound rear bench seat. Canoo estimates deliveries starting in late 2022.
