Coffee Collective Konyu Coffee
Based in Frederiksberg, Denmark, Coffee Collective roasts daily and focuses on sustainability from seed to cup. During a trip to Kenya, the sweetness and acidity of a coffee called Konyu grabbed their attention. The name Konyu comes from a spring located just behind the factory that sources the beans which is situated just south of Mount Kenya. After roasting, the coffee has fresh acidity and fruitiness, with notes of rhubarb, citrus, and fresh berries.
