When Eleven Madison Park reopened after the pandemic, it introduced an entirely plant-based menu. Now, the Michelin-starred eatery is trying to spread its new ethos outside of the restaurant with Eleven Madison Home. The meal subscription service encourages residents of Manhattan to cut out meat, even for just a day, and eat more plants. Every week, subscribers will receive a box filled with a day of plant-based food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts, ranging from overnight oats to salads and broths, and a selection of pantry items curated by the chefs. The menu changes weekly, with deliveries made on Mondays and Tuesdays.
