Ferrari SP48 Unica Coupe

For the most well-heeled of Ferrari's clientele, the best Ferrari you can buy is the one you help design yourself. The SP48 Unica is a one-off coupe based on the outgoing F8 Tributo, with the base car's mid-engine layout and 3.9-liter, 710 horsepower twin-turbo V8. What makes this car special is of course the exterior. The custom carbon fiber bodywork takes cues from Ferrari's current lineup in the design of the headlights and deep air extractors in the hood. The front intake, rear scoops, and center across the roof use a unique gradient pattern instead of horizontal or vertical bars. The most unusual feature comes when viewing the SP48 from the rear — there is no window. The space is filled with the center section with the aforementioned gradient pattern. The traditional quad-taillight arrangement is now contained in a horizontal LED that runs the width of the car, while the diffuser is carried over more or less unchanged from the F8.
