Form & Function Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Coffee

Located in downtown Boise, Idaho, Form & Function is a specialty coffee roaster committed to using a sustainable farm to cup approach to their business. These beans are a great example, sourced from farmers who cultivate coffee on small plots in Ethiopia. The beans are fully washed and dried on raised beds before their shipped to F&F for roasting to bring out the natural attributes in each bean. The result is a flavorful cup with notes of honey, peach, and jasmine.
