Great Jones Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon

Great Jones is notable as the first Manhattan-based whiskey distillery since Prohibition. Its latest release is a Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon. This 7-year-old bourbon is made in small batches using New York-grown corn, barley, and rye, aged in American Oak barrels, and finished for two years in peated scotch casks. The resulting sipper has a smokey scent with a crisp flavor profile of mesquite, tobacco, and toasted marshmallow. Bottled at 48% ABV, it arrives in a limited edition gift box and is available exclusively at Great Jones' NoHo distillery.
