Jay-Z Signed Library Card Case

Running from July 14 to December 4, 2023, the Brooklyn Public Library's The Book of HOV exhibition is a celebration of the life and career of Shawn "JAY-Z" Carter. To help support their cause, the legendary rapper has lent his signature to a set of library cards. Housed in a black leather case from Pinel et Pinel, 13 of the limited-edition metallic cards feature artwork from HOVA's solo studio albums, while the 14th commemorates the exhibition itself. Inside the case are inscriptions from Jay-Z in silver marker, reading "Peace + Love.", "Jay.", "Brooklyn.", "Marcy.", and the date, "7.13". The set is up for auction now through Christie's with bidding set to end on December 5th.
