Kaffeemaschine 1984 Le Mans KM23 Motorcycle

Kaffeemaschine specializes in customizing classic Moto Guzzi motorcycles, the personal favorite of founder Axel Budde. His minimalist, monochromatic designs have made Kaffeemaschine a success in Europe, to the point that Axle had to hire some help and move into a bigger garage. The LM23 is the latest from Budde and the first that wasn't built completely on his own, but his touch is readily apparent. Starting with a 1984 Le Mans Mark III, the bike was torn down to the bolts. The motor was bored over to 1000cc, along with redone gearing and final drive. The original forks had their internals replaced, and Brembo brakes provide modern stopping power. The frame was painted grey, and Kevlar aramid fiber was used to create the fairing and bodywork with a Lamborghini lime green for the finishing touch.
