Lapo's Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo
Florence's legendary (and completely fictional) barkeep Lapo is best known for his non-alcoholic Negroni. While developing it, he created a non-alcoholic version of Campari, which is now available on its own as Lapo's Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo. Arriving in a 750ml bottle, it has only 20 calories per 1.5 oz serving, while packing all the bittersweet citrus flavor you'd expect, with notes of Italian orange, gentian root, hibiscus, juniper, rhubarb root, and dandelion root.
