Louis XIII Rare Cask 42.1 Cognac

Made from a blend of eaux-de-vie aged for 40 to 100 years inside 100- to 150-year-old tierçons, or thin-walled French oak casks, Louis XIII cognac is already an extraordinary indulgence. Rare Cask 42.1 is even more so. Selected by Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau for its balance and nuanced floral tones, it's only their third single-tierçon bottling. The sure-to-sell-out release is limited to just 775 sets and arrives in a black crystal decanter handcrafted by Baccarat in France, alongside a pair of crystal tasting glasses and a serving pipette. The 42.1% ABV release will be available from June 20th.
