The fashion designer is parting ways with his four-story dwelling not long after snagging a Frank Lloyd Wright home in Rye, New York. His city digs are part of the Superior Ink condominium project and feature 4,346 square feet of living space designed by Andre Tchelistcheff, Paul Fortune, John Gachot, and Thad Hayes. The three-bedroom, three-bath interior also includes a galley kitchen, television room, and dining area complete with sophisticated details like custom mantels, oak paneling, and floor-to-ceiling marble. On the exterior, a private garden and a rooftop total 1,462 square feet of outdoor space.
