Maserati's promised electric SUV is still a few years away, but in the meantime, they've released the Levante Hybrid SUV. The Levante Hybrid utilizes the powertrain from the Ghibli Hybrid, a turbocharged four combined with a 48v mild hybrid system good for 330 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. The battery-less electric system fills in for the turbo at low RPM, reducing turbo lag, while 100% of torque can be sent to the rear wheels or a 50/50 front-rear split. 0-62 comes in six seconds along with a 20% drop in emissions. Outside, the styling has been subtly updated, making the already good looks slightly sharper. Be prepared to be disappointed if you're in the US or Canada — the Levante Hybrid won't be coming to either country.
