Massimo Bottura's Kitchen Quarantine

There are better ways to pass the time in quarantine than just binging TV. Cooking can both help calm your nerves and gives you something to enjoy at the end, which is why Massimo Bottura has started "Kitchen Quarantine". The world-renowned chef is streaming the show on his Instagram page every day at 3 pm ET, guiding viewers step-by-step through a basic recipe. Past dishes have included a mix of international (Thai curry), traditional Italian (tortellini), and comfort (mac & cheese) foods, and Bottura hangs around for a Q&A after every show to answer any questions viewers might have.
