No rules — that's the idea behind the Mercedes-AMG GT2 Pro. The GT2 Pro isn't built to any specific ruleset, giving AMG engineers free rein to unleash its performance. Base power from the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 is 707 horsepower, with up to 750 on tap with the Push2Pass button. Power goes to the rear wheels through a six-speed transaxle with a custom set of gear ratios, with a carbon fiber torque tube rigidly connecting the engine and transmission. No rules don't mean safety went out the window. A carbon fiber safety cell, five-point harnesses, a fire extinguisher, and a hatch in the roof are there for protection should a hot lap turn into a DNF. Buyers will receive a car cover, Puma racing apparel, and a Bell helmet that matches the car.
