Modern Marfa Compound
Located in the Texas art hub, the Modern Marfa Compound adds to the town's minimalist aesthetic. It's comprised of two unique volumes designed by different architects, Rael san Fratello and DUST. Featuring exposed Adobe bricks, aluminum windows, and concrete floors, the first building consists of a chef's kitchen and spacious living room that expands outside a sculptural garden. In the second, a primary bedroom, bathroom, and studio share a private garden and mountain views. Both structures are powered by solar panels and sit on four acres of land.
