Porsche Vision 357 Concept
The 356 started it all for Porsche upon its release in 1948. 73 years later, Porsche is giving a look at what a modern 356 might look like with the Vision 357 concept. The Vision 357 shares its platform with the superb 718 Cayman GT4, using the same naturally aspirated flat-six making 414 horsepower and 309 lb-ft of torque. The bodywork immediately recalls the original 356, with a more rounded shape and brutally short front and rear overhangs. 20-inch wheels with carbon fiber aero caps and a wide-spaced lug pattern recall the 356, and the Grey Metallic and Grivola Grey Metallic paintwork are a homage to the popular colors of the '50s, with the "75" graphics noting 75 years of 356.
