In many Nordic countries, it's common to order 'A Coffee With' your Cognac. Inspired by that tradition Avec (the French word for "with") Cognac is being released by Renault, a Cognac brand that dates back to 1835. It's a blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois Eaux-de-vie, with each aging between three and eight years. The barrels the Cognacs matured in were plunged into tanks of hot water and then brasero toasted, a method that is brand new to Cognac. It's not coffee infused but instead aims to complement your java, with enhanced notes of roasted mocha and vanilla from the toasted barrels.
