Rtech Fabrications Ponderosa Truck

Over the last decade, crew cabs have become as common as the traditional two-door pickup truck. When it comes to vintage trucks, finding a crew cab is much more difficult — if one was even made. Rtech Fabrications' Ponderosa is a 1964-1966 Chevrolet K30 four-door that was actually never made by the company. The completely custom-built body rides on a 1972 C30 dually chassis, stands eight feet tall, and is 20 feet long with an ash-lined bed — so be sure and check your garage dimensions before you make that down payment. Powered by a 550-horsepower Cummins diesel, the Ponderosa has a 12,000-pound Warn winch tucked under the front bumper, with Nitto tires bolted to Dana axles and supported by Bilstein suspension. Inside, the truck is pure vintage GM, with period-correct vinyl seating surfaces and as much sheet metal and chrome as the exterior. Finding a restomod truck isn't hard, but you'd be hard-pressed to find one this unique.
