Spanish Ibérico Bacon
A love of all things bacon is almost universal, but few have feasted on bacon like this. Hailing from the legendary Ibérian black pig from Spain, these fatty, sweet strips of bacon come from the only grazing species of pig that remains in Europe. The free-range pigs consume a diet of wild acorns which contribute to the melt in your mouth finished result of this bacon. Instead of cooking this bacon like you would a pack from the grocery store, you only need to gently warm it to cook it through before consumption. Excessive cooking will cause too much fat to render.
