Stark Varg Electric Motocross Bike

Barcelona startup Stark Future has one mission — to outperform every other motocross bike on the planet and prove once and for all that electric power is superior. With the just-introduced Varg, Stark has made a compelling argument. The Varg makes 80 horsepower, compared to the average dirtbike making approximately 50. Where things get truly wild is in twisting force, with the Varg making 203 ft-lb, and thanks to gearing, a diesel-like 692 ft-lb at the rear wheel. This is of course available far lower in the RPM range compared to ICE engines. To prevent sudden death and injury, the Varg has five riding modes to deliver that torque in a reasonable manner, along with another 100 customizable modes available via the smartphone app. That smartphone is a waterproof model that comes with the bike, and the bike won't moe without it docked — and you can add a SIM card for full connectivity. Stark will customize the KYB suspension's spring rate to the rider's weight on order, which Stark is currently taking.
