Tarform Vera Electric Motorcycle
Tarform's Vera is a lighter, more disciplined take on their original Luna bike, built for daily use without losing the design integrity that put the Brooklyn brand on the map. At 368 pounds with a 32.5-inch seat height and a 56.5-inch wheelbase, it's built to feel immediate and controlled in corners. The air-cooled electric motor produces 59 horsepower and 96 lb-ft of torque, pushing the Vera from 0 to 60 in about 3.3 seconds on its way to a 90 mph top speed. A gearbox-free direct belt drive keeps power delivery smooth and linear. The 8.2 kWh lithium-ion battery delivers up to 100 miles of city range, charging 20 to 80 percent in about an hour and forty minutes on Level 2. Brembo M4 Monobloc brakes, Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires, a lightweight aluminum chassis, and a 3.4-inch display with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and over-the-air updates round out the package. A limited Launch Edition is assembled at Tarform's Brooklyn Navy Yard studio.
