Toyota Compact Cruiser EV Concept

Toyota is previewing the third coming of the FJ Land Cruiser with the Compact Cruiser concept. The Compact Cruiser is an electric SUV with styling cues from the original Land Cruiser, with a fresh, suitably boxy look. Large plastic flares cover the wheels while touches like a ladder on the C-pillar reinforce the rugged aesthetic pioneered by the first-gen Land Cruiser. Toyota didn't offer any specifics or technical details other than that the Compact Cruiser has all-wheel drive. The design won the prestigious 2022 Car Design Award at the Milano Design Week against the likes of Polestar and Ferrari.
