Featuring interviews with surviving members Mike D and Ad-Rock along with archival footage, the short film takes a look back at the creation of the album and its legendary single "Sabotage," as well as earlier releases like Check Your Head and Paul's Boutique.

In 1989, five New York teenagers — Antron McCray, Kevin Richardson, Yusef Salaam, Raymond Santana and Korey Wise — were questioned and arrested for the rape and beating of a woman in Central Park. The case started a media firestorm, with calls to reinstate the death penalty in New York state and stoking racial animus among New Yorkers. In 2002, Matias Reyes, a convicted murderer and serial rapist in prison, confessed to the crime which was confirmed by DNA evidence. The five men spent between 6 and 13 years in prison.
