Video game publisher Dotemu has announced the latest addition to the TMNT franchise. Inspired by classic video games like 1991's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello are returning in glorious pixelated form for a retro-style video game. Shredder's Revenge sees the heroes in a half shell take on classic villains Bebop, Rocksteady, Krang, and Shredder throughout the sewers, New York, and even Dimension X. Developed by Tribute Games, the beat 'em up will be available on Nintendo Switch later this year.

Starring Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Ana de la Reguera, Garret Dillahunt, Raúl Castillo, Omari Hardwick, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tig Notaro, and Matthias Schweighöfer, the film will be released on Netflix on May 21, 2021.
