Vipp Residences Co-Owned Mallorca Villa

Villa Finca Selva isn't sold outright, it's split twelve ways. Vipp, the Danish furniture and kitchen company known for its all-steel designs, built this Mallorcan finca as the second entry in Vipp Residences, a collection of co-owned vacation homes where each buyer holds a registered ownership share rather than a rental agreement or timeshare. Local studio AP3+ built the 6,340-square-foot villa from stone sourced at a nearby quarry, using mampostería masonry native to the island's countryside homes, with floor-to-ceiling glazing that slides flush into the walls and custom olive-green aluminum shutters. Each of the twelve owners receives 12 points a year, worth roughly three to six weeks of stays depending on season, with no mortgage financing allowed and no permission to rent the home out. Inside, Vipp's Scandinavian furniture and its signature V4 steel kitchen sit against the finca's fireplace lounge and four en-suite bedrooms, including a principal suite with its own terrace, plus a separate guesthouse in a corner of the grounds. The home sits at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage mountain range, with views stretching to the Bay of Alcudia, five minutes from Selva, a village of roughly 3,800 residents where church bells still mark the hours.
