WCC Rolls-Royce 103EX Coupe

Rolls-Royce unveiled the 103EX concept car in 2016 as a look towards the future of the ultra-luxury carmaker that simultaneously embraced its illustrious past. While the concept was never intended for production, West Coast Customs had a client that wanted one — recording artist Justin Bieber. Starting with a Wraith coupe, WCC transformed the car into a slightly more practical version of the 103EX concept. The car took years to develop, with the most remarkable work being the wheel covers that seem to barely clear the ground. In addition to the bodywork, the interior was stripped and completely redone, including a massive JL Audio system.
