You Only Live Twice Model Helicopter

A key scene from the 1967 James Bond film You Only Live Twice involves 007, piloting an AutoGyro nicknamed "Little Nellie", being attacked by four Bell 47G helicopters. In reality, they weren't real helicopters at all, but instead, scale models. This is thought to be the last one remaining. Offered for sale by a friend of model maker Dave Niemen, it measures over nine feet long and four feet tall, and while it doesn't fly — the filmmakers used gantry cranes and arm extensions to keep them in the air — it could be made to. A unique piece of Bond memorabilia, it was sold on Sunday, September 26.
