2019 Kawasaki KX 450 3D Core Dirt Bike

Former freestyle and motocross pro rider Alvaro Dal Farra suffered a bad crash in 2009 while filming with FMX team DaBoot, suffering a broken arm, ribs, and a punctured lung. That couldn't quell his desire to ride, and he was back on a bike as soon as he recovered. As a testament to his love of riding and the first bike he can remember, a Malaguti Grizzly, Alvaro and Skorpion Engineering created the 3D Core based on a 2019 Kawasaki KX 450. The 3D-printed bodywork uses an open crosshatch pattern to expose components underneath painted in a red-to-blue fade, mimicking the look of blood flowing through veins and arteries. Other additions include an Officine Zard exhaust and SunStar transmission with Dunlop knobbies to keep the power down — when Alvaro isn't flying through the air.
