2019 Porsche 911 Heritage Design Speedster

The last 991-generation Porsche 911 to come down the factory line at Stuttgart is going up for auction with the proceeds going to a good cause — fighting COVID-19. Not only is it the last serial-production 991, but it's also one of just 1,948 Speedster models and has the highly-desirable Heritage Design package that recalls liveries from Porsche's racing history. The 911 Speedster is mechanically based on the 911 GT3 and features active suspension, a carbon fiber hood and fenders, and a 502 horsepower, naturally-aspirated flat-six mated to a manual six-speed transmission — that's right, the kind with a clutch pedal. Along with the car you'll get a Porsche Design timepiece and a book documenting the build process with sketches signed by Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser and Andreas Preuninger and a personalized tour of the Weissach facilities in Germany, along with knowing your investment is going to a worthy cause.
