One doesn't buy a Vespa for its outright performance, but the GTV might change that as the most powerful scooter ever from the Italian company. The GTV makes 23.8 horsepower from its water-cooled, single-lunger engine — or nearly ten times more than the base Vespa's 2.9 horsepower. The styling is classic Vespa with sporting details like a handlebar fairing and fender-mounted LED headlamp. Matte black wheels and seat with orange accents and stitching and an orange stripe add a bit of flair and further differentiate it from lesser models. The GTV features a keyless system and smartphone connectivity with a USB charging port.
