GM's expansion into EVs is continuing with one of its best-known nameplates — the Chevrolet Blazer. Three drivetrain configurations over four trim levels are available, with front, rear, and all-wheel-drive over 1LT, 2LT, RS, and the first-time use of the SS badge on an EV. Range figures are 247-320 miles depending on the trim level. Built on GM's Ultium platform, the top-level Blazer SS makes 557 horsepower and 640 lb-ft of torque, with a 0-60 time of less than four seconds and 290 miles of range. All Blazer EVs feature 11.5kW onboard AC fast charging and 190kW DC fast charging, with 78 miles of range available in 10 minutes. The Blazer 2LT and RS will release in Summer 2023, with the SS in late 2023 and 1LT in early 2024.
