2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse VIN 001
The first production model of Ford's track-focused Mustang Dark Horse will be auctioned for charity at Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale event this January. VIN 001 comes in Blue Ember Metallic with a black and blue interior, racing stripes, and vinyl Recaro racing seats with microsuede inserts. The Handling Package has been optioned, adding adjustable strut top mounts and a rear spoiler. Under the hood is a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 making 500 horsepower, delivering power to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. Behind the wheels are six-piston Brembo calipers on 14-inch rotors, wrapped in Pirelli Trofeo RS tires. Expect the car to fetch far more than its $61,725 MSRP when it crosses the auction block.
