2024 Volvo EX90 Electric SUV

Volvo's new range-topping seven-seat SUV boasts a huge amount of tech in a Scandanavian-themed wrapper. The EX90 is a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive electric SUV that boosts Volvo's safety credentials with a standard LIDAR system that can detect pedestrians over 800 feet away and level 3 autonomous driving capability. An interior radar system can detect dogs and children, preventing them from being left inside on hot days. Range is an estimated 373 miles on a full charge, with with 250kW DC charging that can charge from 10-80 percent in 30 minutes. The Standard model makes 410 horsepower, while the Performance version's software allows 510 horsepower and 671 lb-ft of torque. This moves the heavyweight SUV from 0-60 in 4.9 seconds. The interior is dominated by a large, vertical touchscreen that contains all controls along with a rotary knob on the console. The EX90 will be available in Fall 2023.
