Audi Activesphere Concept

Audi has released the last of its four "sphere" concepts — one for each of the rings in its emblem — with the Activesphere. The sporty crossover is based on an EV platform being jointly developed by Audi and Porsche, the Premium Platform Electric, set to debut as an Audi performance car later in 2023. The Activesphere is loaded with next-gen tech like augmented reality displays and "mixed reality optics", displaying digital content over real-world scenery in real-time. Autonomous driving is featured, with a steering wheel and controls that retract when the system is in operation. The sleek sportback design doubles as a pickup bed that coverts with a button press, with a ride height that can be raised or lowered by up to 40mm as terrain requires. While a concept, expect to see design elements from the Activesphere make their way to production Audis in the not-too-distant future.
