Bentley 1929 Team Blower Continuation

Bentley is not quite done with its 100th-anniversary celebration — they've just announced a continuation of the 1929 Bentley Blower, an iconic car that helped lay the groundwork for their wins in 1929 and 1930 at Le Mans with the Speed Six. Bentley's own Blower, chassis number HB 3403, will be taken completely apart and every piece 3D-scanned. From those 3D models, the technicians at Mulliner will then recreate 12 Blowers, each identical to the original, using modern manufacturing and traditional handwork. Bentley expects the process to take two years — with an application process to qualify to buy one.
