Bose Lifestyle Ultra Speaker

The Lifestyle name first appeared on a Bose home theater system in 1990 and ran for 32 years before the company discontinued it. The Lifestyle Ultra Speaker is its return. A three-driver design with two front-facing drivers and one up-firing tweeter, it uses TrueSpatial processing to push sound outward and upward, while CleanBass pairs the woofer with a rear-firing QuietPort, a shaped acoustic port Bose previously reserved for its subwoofers and now debuting in a wireless speaker for the first time. The optional Driftwood Sand finish adds a white oak base and a more furniture-forward look than anything the original Lifestyle line produced. AirPlay, Google Cast, and Alexa+ are built in, an aux jack connects a turntable, and the system scales from a single speaker to a full 7.1.4-channel surround setup with the matching Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar and Subwoofer. Bose has been here before, but not quite like this.
