Each month, you'll receive a different cut of beef including Ribeye, New York Strip, Tenderloin twice a year, with other shipments that include Short Ribs, Venison racks, and more. And to ensure each piece is cooked exactly as it should be, you'll also receive a heavy-duty cast-iron griddle, an infrared laser thermometer, and an app loaded with instructional videos.
