It all starts with US-raised Black Angus cattle, humanely nurtured and antibiotic-free. The five-pound hunk of meat is smoked over Texas-grown oak by the restaurant's skilled pit crew. Each one comes vacuum sealed and can be stored in the refrigerator for ten days of three months frozen. Once it's cooked, slather is in the accompanying Texas BBQ Sauce and share it with up to eight friends, or just devour it yourself.
