Genesis Electrified GV70 SUV

Genesis revealed an all-electric version of the GV70 SUV at Auto Guangzhou, joining the GV60 and Electrified GV80 sedan in their EV lineup. The Electrified GV70 looks identical to the ICE-powered compact luxury crossover GV70, with the only clue to its new drivetrain being a solid front grille that houses the charging port and lack of exhaust pipes. The show car is finished in a very refined Atacama Copper over a Glacier White interior, with the interior carried over from the gas GV70 as well. All Electrified GV70s come with a dual motor configuration making 483 horsepower with a claimed 0-60 time of 4.5 seconds. No details on the battery pack or range were released, but the Electrified GV70 will charge from 10 to 80 percent in under 10 minutes with 350kW fast charging. The Electrified GV70 should arrive in the US sometime in early 2022.
