Kodak EC35 Camera

The EC35 carries the Kodak name but not Kodak's manufacturing: it's built under license by Reto, the outfit that has spent the past several years reviving fixed-focus film cameras, and it's positioned as an even more affordable entry point than the brand's own Snapic A1 from late 2025. The aperture, shutter speed, and focus are all fixed at the factory: a 25mm lens shoots at f/10 and 1/100 of a second, no matter what. A slide cover protects the lens and doubles as a shutter lock, and a built-in flash runs off a single AA battery. The body is molded from ABS plastic in seven colors, from vanilla white to avocado green, and shoots standard 35mm film loaded one roll at a time. With every setting decided before it leaves the factory, the only choice left to make on the EC35 is which color to buy.
