Lamborghini Countach E.V.E. Concept
The Lamborghini Countach stands as one of the most iconic designs of all time, no matter the category. Marcello Gandini's wedge shape is still as stunning today as it was on its debut nearly 50 years ago — but that didn't stop Khyzyl Saleem from taking the Countach to another level. Mixing in some of Lamborghini's current design language along with modern touches like LED strip lighting, Saleem has created an updated Countach concept that is true to the original but still immediately recognizable. Gone are the exposed running lights and popup headlights; a smooth solid plane with raised LED lights that follows the bodywork takes their place. The side NACA ducts are carried to the rear with an inset that continues through the rear wheel opening, and at the back, a solid rear panel with LED strip lights and clear diffuser replaces the original configuration. Add a low stance and ultra-wide Rotiform wheels and you have a Countach that is as eye-catching as the first.
